History and experience

My name is Suthida Phakdithai, nick name “Chef Aey”. I was graduated in Home
Economics.
I like to eat especial cooks from my mother. She is a chef for 45 years. The family
business is selling foods and dessert.
I had own restaurant and I have been working abroad for 2 years as a cook and
manager of Thai restaurants in Brazil.
         I like to eat many different kinds of foods and think what it is?  Why is there
such a taste?
That want me to cook and plus the experience comes from my mother and family.
I have been teaching for many years. I want to share the experience to other
that come from generation to generation.
That’s make me proud of the root in Thai cuisine and my students will get
the best information on my class.
First priority: My students will have a good quality to learn real Thai cuisine and
enjoy to cook as you are in your house.
Slogan: Quality is not focused on quantity.
